Sinta Werner and Markus Wüste

Sinta Werner (Hattingen, 1977) lives in Berlin. She studied in Berlin, London and New York. In her work—photographic collages, installations and sculptures—she analyses the relationship between bidimensionality and three-dimensionality, the digital and the analog space. Markus Wüste (Kötzting, 1970) studied in Athens and Berlin, and currently resides in Berlin. As a sculptor, he works with stone, studying the potentiality of the material in its relationship with space, movement and illusion. In their collaborative projects, the two artists examine the theme of object perception in relation to the architectural space.
